At a time I felt it was just normal to earn just as much as you need to spend and if luck is not on your side what you have to spend outweighs what you just earned. Its a vicious cycle and for many especially the younger generation of today, the general mentality of the average working mom and woman or even young teenage girl is to work and spend it all up in time for the next check.

With so much thousands if not millions of dollars being spent annually by companies and corporations around the world on ads, it seems that stores in the Malls or even the regular stores can actually sense it, when a woman gets in with her paycheck in her purse or her check freshly deposited in the Bank. Because then the bickerings of “come check me out”, “I look better than my price tag” , “you will need this (whatever) next quarter put me in the cart; begins. You can almost think someone had been silent until payday they got a voice. I left my Debit cards at home one day and I kid you not, I worked through that Store and I heard no sound.

While we are trying to curb and shut down those bickering some of us have max out ‘cards’ and we still have not learnt a lesson. Women on the Web marketing money has become a must, because, if the gender that hears those bickerings easier and louder has not wisened up to ensure that the purchasing power (cash, if you like) is not been leveraged, there’ll be more ‘girls’ in debt than you can imagine. Begin to look around to ensure that you are not left out of some of the honest cash going around in the web, keep your job if you have one but get connected to e-commerce or whatever you want to call it so that you do not have to keep walking around those Malls and stores with ear-plugs and dark glasses (to avoid) making purchase of things you can genuinely use.

Since time, one thing that has not changed and I fear might be around till God knows when, is those audible voices we hear in stores and Malls, which no other person hears, I’ll say take care of it in the realistic way. Buy what you need, with what you have, not what you do not have. Work on what you need to have, to get you what it is you genuinely can use now, don’t waste money on what you will not need for the next few months. For some of us, you may understand what I need when I say its amazing and feels good when someone asks you how much an item cost and truly you do not know you have to put pick up the receipt. Using your time wisely is a habit and a skill that is learned while building your home business.  As your home business develops and grows the needs change.  You are required to perform different tasks, many times each one building on the other.  As these tasks change you will recognize that you will be required to use your time differently.  The benefit of using your time wisely is that you will continuously pass the test.

How you build your home business, what do you do when it is small is a direct reflection of how you will build it when it is large. If you do not pass the test when it is small, you will not when it is bigger.  

Three tips to assist you in passing the test:

1)  Dependable- You must be dependable.  When you say something will be done by a certain time or be done in a specific manner do your absolute best to make sure that happens.  Recently a repairman was to come and fix our dryer, he didn’t show up.  I called and was informed that he thought the “other guy” was coming.  No apology, no concern about my wasted time waiting for him.  Would you call this person to come and fix your dryer?  I believe absolutely not!  I then called a different company, Mike came on the day scheduled, repaired the dryer and left.  I then used it and the squeeking and squeeling was worse than before.  I called the company back; Mike came again the next morning.  It was a bigger job than he originally thought so we booked the following week for the entire morning.  Mike arrived as scheduled, fixed the dryer and said “No Charge, I stand behind my work”.  Who do you believe I will call next time I need an appliance repaired. Who passed the test?

When first introduced to network marketing in the 80s, I had grand ideas of all the money I could make like many people do today. I would dream of the lifestyle that I saw others experiencing and thought… “I could do that, I know enough people to get a good start.”
